Stetson Bennett shreds Missouri secondary

Stetson Bennett rebounded from a rough start against Florida by shredding Missouri’s defense.

Bennett, starting his 6th game this season, completed 13-19 passes for 255 yards and 2 touchdowns.

He could’ve easily had two more, but Jermaine Burton was tackled at the 1-yard line on two separate drives.

Bennett now has 1,157 yards through the air this season, with 12 touchdowns and just 4 interceptions.

It’s still not clear who Georgia’s starting quarterback will be going forward, but Bennett did nothing to hurt his chances on Saturday. JT Daniels did see time in this one, but looked rusty. It will be fascinating to see how Kirby Smart handles this quarterback room going forward.
