Camden County’s Jamie Felix commits to Georgia Tech
After an interesting recruiting process, Jamie Felix, a star football and baseball player for Camden County, has committed to play both sports at Georgia Tech.
Felix announced the news Sunday afternoon on his Twitter. The ability to play both sports was a big reason behind his commitment to the Yellow Jackets: “To have an opportunity to play two sports at such a high level is something I will never take for granted.”

After a junior season in which he dealt with a nagging hamstring injury, Felix was able to bounce back with a great senior season, rushing for 869 yards and 13 touchdowns.
Felix will likely be leaned upon early as Georgia Tech has lost a ton of production from the running back room:
- Jahmyr Gibbs – Transfer Portal
- Jamious Griffin – Transfer Portal
- Tony Amerson – Transfer Portal
- Jordan Mason – NFL Draft
As for baseball, Felix is an MLB-level talent and will play somewhere in the outfield for Georgia Tech.
